Same for all the time. Don't complete any offer. It is a cheat. They rarely ever come through on giving you your credits. They also NEVER qualify you for any of the surveys after they've asked you a lot of questions to see if you qualify which might as well be a survey in itself Note: They won't send you a confirmation email and most of their credits will not accept your completions so you have to use their support tab, but I finally got a huge load of credits that were withheld from me for a while.

Look at the photo for the email they sent me. Still working it out. They are actually trying to help it seems I have used this service for several years as a developer and only had one complaint the guy didn't like that he had to buy something to get my software - games should be "free" I guess.

Not sure what all the hate is about. They have been defrauding people for years, it's time for a lawsuit to be brought against them! Alex Rampell is an ongoing scam artist that is now involved with a food stamp fraud business! Completed offer for a free movie ticket No reward and no support contact info They must getting rich taking advantage of people.

I've never had a problem with TrialPlay. Most of the offers work for me. And if they don't work, then I report it and get credit anyway. I've had no problems with it. I even take screenshots and ya'll don't give me credits Like whats the point of asking you to read them?

Completed an offer through trialPay on Top eleven and did not receive my tokens even though I had completed all requirements and when you try to contact the support through the phone app the message does not get sent and will not leave your phone.

Looking at the previous comments this is the norm for this company and they should not be allowed to operate on any sites if they are continuously ripping people off. I did purchase from their site for free movie ticket, purchase went through and charged on my credit card, but the status in trialplay account shows I have not made any purchases so far.. Their system is so corrupted on listia! You can have 20 screen shots of proof and still not good enough!

They are the worst yet! Why would that be my fault for their faulty system! And they also like to say some of their offers are free until you enter info and the last page is wanting payment!

TrialPay is okay when it works as it should but when it does not which is unfortunately over half the time and you have to contact support it becomes a nightmare. There are lots of questions and hoops to jump through and a great deal of effort is required to receive your reward. It is often not worth the hassle or time it takes. Maybe that is their objective? To make you say forget it? I see a great deal of negative reviews here so I can see I am not the only one who had a bad experience with them.

Tip for consumers: I'd suggest staying away from the William Hill Casino offer. I had trouble with both Trial Pay and William Hill when it did not credit. Both ends were making me jump through hoops in order to receive my reward but they were quick to take my money. Definitely poor customer service.

Completed the requirements for a Facebook game. When I reached the requirements, nothing happened. Didn't even get a confirmation email. Didn't get my credits. TrialPay is a scam and a waste of time. You can have all the proof in the world you did the task.

Then they ask for screenshot for proof in the claim. Yet you cant paste your screenshot where they want. They only want your info This is called theft by deception. They decieve you into thinking you get a "freebie" of gems or credits as long as you give personal info.

Companies that do this need to be held accountable for there deception. When my Zone Alarm was up for renewal, it offered it free thru a Trialpay offer. I bought an Entertainment Book, but never got my Zone Alarm renewal.

I have an open BBB complaint cuz ZA denies any contact with Trailpay tho it still pops up on my computer with offers to this day via ZA renewal prompt. Getting anything resolved is impossible which is why I filed with BBB. I wrote Trialpay an email on their website at the suggestion of BBB.

They contacted my next day and resolved the matter completely. They were great. Zone Alarm continues to lie however saying they have no affiliation with Trialpay while offering new offers on their renewal website daily. Signed up for Hulu to get WinRar and never got confirmation. It said it would be instant - NOT! Never came. Complete crap! Well, I went directly to them and showed them screen shot proof of my completion of offers and they gave me all my credits until recently when they threatened to block me if I continued to do so when they NEVER credit you unless you have proof.

TrialPay is defined as an innovative payment platform. It was launched back in and allows people to pay for products by trying or buying other stuff online. Their first client was Winzip, by the way, a program that decompresses files in your computer.

Looking back to history, we can see that this platform has been very successful in achieving its own goals. According to the About page, TrialPay makes transactions more valuable. They are using the concept of paid offers, but instead of paying in cash, they are rewarding people with free products or discounts. This offer will say to you — Hey, Do you want a 1-year Winzip subscription for free?

Buy from Gap, Netflix, ProFlowers and many other merchants! After the transaction, TrialPay will earn a commission from the advertisers and pay for your Winzip subscription or another product. Both companies are increasing sales and you are getting a free product. You can find offers that require a one-time payment or a monthly subscription. In the last case, it is important to know that if you cancel your order, they reserve the right to discontinue access to your free product.

So, take extreme caution while accepting offers only to get a free product. There was also a free offer from Swagbucks that requires you to earn points in 90 days. TrialPay is not a scam in my opinion. However, as I already said in many other reviews, you need to be careful when completing offers for cash or freebies. Always make sure you read the terms and conditions and keep track of all the transactions. Verdict: Legit.

If you are serious about making money online, I suggest you be the owner of your own online business. By creating a website and writing content on a topic, you feel most comfortable with.
