One of the best guides I have seen to date. Gotta get past the Deconstructor to get a lootable dwarf though. Your email address will not be published. Bright Armor Relic The quest item drops off elementals in Northrend. Can combine with: farming in Wintergrasp, the Hot and Cold daily quest for Sons of Hodir, a Halls of Lightning run, or any number of other quests.

Looked on launch day and 2nd day after launch of MoP and still no daily quest in Org. Is this being taken out? Comment by Mormolyce If you thought collecting all the Dalaran Token daily patterns was a big chore And there's no equivalent of Titanium Powder hand-ins either. Dailies for almost two years! Makes MoP dailies seem reasonable!
Comment by Justathot been doing the dailies and farming the ghost iron ore, now for some reason i can't prspect the lower gems for the dalies, any clues?
Comment by myrkat Might as well do at least three 3 dailies to get a recipe if you are just leveling up Jewelcrafting post-cataclysm. I got really stuck around , where only Hessonite Band and Nightstone Choker gave skill-ups. This, in turn, made Hessonite and Nightstone hard to come by. I even made The Perforator because of the dearth of Hessonite and Nightstone! So unless one plans ahead and saves all the Hessonite and Nightstone they come across, leveling to the end of skill in jc can be a bit of a bottleneck without one of the daily-token rewarded recipes.
Comment by Are there any patterns these can buy that would be considered good to have for any reason? I have six of the tokens, so I figure I may as well use them, but if any of the patterns are actually relevant anymore I can't tell. Comment by Taraezor To judge your progress with the Epic cuts. Open the JC profession panel. Comment by Delaios If you are trying to get all the patterns, you'll need a lot of Jasper, Zephyrite and Nightstone.

The guide also takes away all the guesswork associated with daily quests. The Best Way to Use a Daily Quest Guide A daily quest guide is only as good as it is usable, so you will want to spend a little bit of time familiarizing yourself with it.
Just choose the dailies that will benefit you the most. If you have daily quests for your profession, then those should definitely be at the top of your list.
Otherwise, think first about reputation, then gold, and then exclusive items like special mounts and rare gear. Reputation Daily Quest Guide One of the most common reasons for WoW players to complete daily quests is to earn reputation with the various WoW factions. Reputation has a wide span, from hated and hostile all the way up to revered and exalted. Sons of Hodir Daily Quest Guide The Sons of Hodir is one faction you should really begin working on reputation with before you even reach level You can get plenty of experience from the Sons of Hodir quests, especially the prerequisite ones you must complete so you can be friendly with the faction.
Players who are not friendly with the Sons of Hodir are not eligible for the daily quests, so you will have to complete the prerequisite quests before you can begin building reputation with them. The Sons of Hodir daily quests are pretty average in difficulty. They involve killing a certain number of specific type of creature or collecting certain things from a specific area.
He will appear with a blue question mark above his head if you have enough to turn in for reputation. Also some players do sell the Relics of Hodir on the auction house, so it is possible to buy much of your way to exalted status if you have enough gold.
Jewel crafters need to get to exalted so they can learn the desk for the Glowing Twilight Opal. All melee DPS classes will want to at least get to revered status with the Knights of the Ebon Blade because they will then be eligible to purchase the Arcanum of Torment, which is one of the best head enchants for melee DPS in the game.
Wearing the tabard inside instances earns you reputation with the faction. This is because of the Arcanum of the Stalwart Protector, which is a great enchantment for a head slot item. Tailors also should raise their reputation with the Argent Crusade so they can learn the pattern for Brilliant Spellthread, which is a very common leg enchantment for healers and casters.
Daily quests show up on your mini map as blue exclamation points or question marks. In most cases, the lower levels probably flew by far too fast to even consider doing any of the WoW dailies more than once. However, those daily quests have new importance when you reach level There are plenty of WoW gold guides on the market these days, and they all list complicated strategies for earning gold, many of which involve working the auction house. The problem with the auction house is that it really is more of a gamble sometimes.
Some players are very adept at working the auction house, so you should certainly try it for a bit and see how you do at it. Most WoW dailies pay gold, so completing the allotted 25 daily quests per day can earn you over gold in one day.
Another reason WoW dailies are so important is because they help you earn reputation with various factions throughout the game. While some WoW players farm reputation just for achievements, there are also plenty of other rewards for reputation earned with some factions. The Sons of Hodir is one of the more popular reputations to earn because of the enchantments that can be purchased when you reach exalted status.
Jewel crafters will also find rare gem designs, and tailors can purchase the pattern for the glacial bag, a slot bag that can only be made once per week.
In addition, there are several rare mounts available from the Sons of Hodir. The Sons of Hodir is more of an exception rather than a rule because of the wide benefits offered from the faction.
The guide will help you figure out which factions you will be benefitted the most by earning reputation from.
There are daily quests available throughout Northrend, and various benefits can be gained from each one. A daily quest is one that can be done over and over, once per day. The Reputation Grind Some WoW factions give you access to very valuable enchantments and rare gear for purchase. This is why you might consider running daily quests as part of your reputation grind. For example, one of the most important reputations you can farm with dailies is the Sons of Hodir. They offer shoulder enchants for almost any class, along with several rare patterns for characters of various professions.
This provides a very stable source of income, as opposed to the auction house, which involves a major gamble every time you post something. Earning Special Mounts Some daily quests also hold the key to earning special mounts. One of the fastest flying mounts in the game is only available through a daily reputation grind, and many players love to earn these special mounts. These mounts provide a little bit of variety and a lot of status for the WoW player who prides himself on having all the exclusive and hard-to-get items.
Earning Experience For characters that have not yet reached level 85, there are some lower level daily quests that will provide experience. Many of these quests also provide reputation with one of the WoW factions, but some players simply choose to level by completing daily quests. They provide a good way to get into a regular routine when it comes to earning experience, especially if you only have a little bit of time each day to play World of Warcraft.
Just remember to update your daily quests with every level you hit. Earning Gear One of the newer set of daily quests is the set of dailies in the Argent Tournament Grounds. These are probably among the most important daily quests in the entire game because you can earn valuable gear and upgrades for the gear you already have.
Just as Frost and Triumph badges allow you to purchase gear, running your daily quests in the Argent Tournament Grounds will allow you to purchase other gear in the Argent Tournament Grounds, which could improve your gear score enough to get you into Icecrown Citadel. Daily quests make it possible to earn reputation and gold by repeating the same quests over and over, once per day.
Each character is allowed to complete up to 25 daily quests per day, and most of them are pretty standard quests that involve gathering a certain number of items or killing a certain number of creatures in a specific area. Storm Peaks Daily Quest Guide The daily quests in the storm peaks are wonderful because they earn you both gold and reputation. Most of the WoW dailies in the Storm Peaks will earn you about 13 gold per quest, and all of them will earn you reputation with the Sons of Hodir.
The Storm Peaks is really the best place to start running your daily quests, especially if you have a brand new level 85 toon. Characters of most, if not all, classes and races can benefit from the shoulder enchantments that are available to purchase from the Sons of Hodir quartermaster after they reach exalted status with the faction.
There are also some very interesting mounts, some jewel crafting designs, and a tailoring design that all tailors will want to have. Many players love to earn the collectible gear and status points by participating in the daily Argent Tournament quests.
These quests are very simple, and some of them involve things like jousting and aiming for targets. This part of the game came along with the Trial of the Champion, which is a five- man instance in the Argent Crusade area.
Overall, the Argent Tournament dailies are really a breath of fresh air when it comes to daily quests because they are so different than the average WoW dailies. This faction offers the Sapphire Spellthread pattern to tailors and the Arcanum of Burning Mysteries for healers and casters. Other than mages, all classes and races start out neutral with the Kirin Tor, so it is necessary to build up quite a bit of reputation with the faction.
The only daily quests that earn reputation with the Kirin Tor are the cooking, fishing, and jewel crafting dailies, which are available to members of those professions in Dalaran.
There are also some scattered non-daily quests available throughout Northrend to help build up reputation with the Kirin Tor, although the easiest way to do it is to build up to friendly status and then purchase and wear the tabard of the Kirin Tor. Wearing the tabard The Best Technique for Completing Your WoW Dailies From the moment you cross over into Northrend in World of Warcraft, you begin to see quest givers that offer quests with a blue question mark instead of the traditional gold one.
These blue quest are daily quests, which means you can complete them once per day. Determining the Best WoW Dailies for You There are much more than 25 daily quests available throughout World of Warcraft, and it can be difficult to sort out which dailies are the best ones for you to complete. Just start sorting out your dailies by asking yourself some questions. For example, the Sons of Hodir daily quests will give you a ton of experience while helping you get to exalted standing with the faction.
If your character is already level 85, then there are plenty of other reasons you will want to make sure to complete your daily quest rotation. Reputation farming is one of the major reasons level 85 characters continue completing daily quests.
There are several factions in World of Warcraft that you just have to be exalted with because of the special enchants and gear you can buy. Also tailors can purchase a recipe for the Glacial Bag, a giant slot bag that has a limit of making one per week.
Other professions also have certain items that can only be purchased from the Sons of Hodir with an exalted reputation, so this faction may be one of the first reputation farms you do. Another reason WoW players complete daily quests is to farm for gold, so this is another thing to keep in mind. If farming for gold is your main objective, then you want to focus on the dailies that give you the most gold for the least amount of work.
Figure Out a Pattern Once you know what you need to work on, you can then figure out a pattern. Just keep in mind that your daily quest routine will change about every other day or so, depending on how much reputation or experience you gain from each of the dailies.
Sure, there are plenty of tips and techniques to making gold, but most of them involve using the auction house or mindless grinding on creatures and in instances.
